A Polyurethane resin screed is slip resistant, hygienic (does not harbour bacteria), has high chemical and heat resistance and can be installed in a live situation. PU resin floor surfaces are resistant to cleaning temperatures of up to 60°C when applied to a minimum thickness of 4mm.
