What Information we collect and how we use it?
The personal information we collect can include your name, address, email address, phone number, IP address and any information you choose to disclose to us regarding your enquiry or job.

Third party service providers working on our behalf : we may pass your information on to our third party service providers for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf, we will only disclose information if it is absolutely necessary.
We also have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
When payments are made by you, your money is processed by our third party payment processor Sagepay, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
Security precautions we have in place
Steps are taken throughout our company to ensure that all information is treated securely :
Any information we hold is either stored on our computer program Kashflow which is password protected or in a locked filing cabinet with only a few individuals who have a key.
Any credit or debit card information provided to ourselves will be used in a safe and secure manner. We use a secure online terminal when processing card payments over the phone, so card payments are not stored on-site. We do not store credit or debit card details through our website.
NO PAYMENT CARD DETAILS ARE KEPT BY US
Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Our Data Protection Officer Mrs Corinna Dowen oversees all this.
Of course you have a choice wether you wish to receive any information from us. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing communications from us then please notify us.
We will never contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone, text message or post if you have previously told us that you don’t want us to.
