All of our Oltco franchises are led by passionate and dedicated individuals so there was no doubt in our minds that Adam, Jon and Jamie would be the perfect people to run our first multi-area franchise. The trio are heading up Oltco Redditch & Solihull and Oltco Worcester & Kidderminster.
Adam, Jon and Jamie’s childhood bond has grown from strength to strength over the years and combined with their previous experience in the hospitality sector and design and installation business, we are confident that Adam, Jon & Jamie will be delivering top quality resin installations and excellent customer service across the Midlands area.

What is your favourite part about your Oltco role?
Jon: My role in the business is ensuring the highest customer service and satisfaction in the Oltco product. Within my role, I am using the skills I have honed throughout my previous experience, in customer service and staff development, to grow the Oltco brand across the Midlands.
Jamie: My role in our company is to analyse the business. This is a role that I am familiar with as I have, alongside my brother, Jon, been a franchisee for 12 years for Pizza Hut and Subway. I enjoy making sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork so that customers receive the best possible service and product when they choose us for their resin bound installation.
Adam: My favourite part of my role is meeting lots of different people and getting to become part of the Oltco family. It is also great knowing that we can provide a product that is helping the environment.
Some of Oltco’s range is named after beaches in Cornwall, where is your favourite beach?
Jon: Borth beach in Wales has to be up there on my list as it has so many happy memories. Our parents took us there with our grandparents and we spent many happy days on the beach catching crabs with our fishing nets. We spent a fabulous weekend there last summer with our extended family and created so many new memories.
Jamie: Like my brother, my favourite beach is also Borth beach. It is a beautiful flat sandy beach which is west facing so you get to see the most amazing sunset. Four generations of our family have been visiting Borth over the years, a tradition I have and will continue to keep up with my children. An interesting fact about Borth is that it hit the news in 2019 when a prehistoric forest buried under the sand and water was uncovered by Storm Hannah.
Adam: As a child I spent a lot of time holidaying in Cornwall so I know the area quite well. My favourite Cornish beaches are Nanjizal and Porthcurno.
Describe yourself in three words?
Jon: Meticulous, practical and caring.
Jamie: Analytical, traditional and thoughtful.
Adam: Measured, amiable and energetic.
What is your party trick or hidden talent?
Jon: I don’t really have any hidden talents. I do love to sing along to 80’s music but my family definitely wouldn’t call it a talent!
Jamie: I wouldn’t say I have any hidden talents. However, I would say that I am very curious and love to learn which has provided me with a wealth of general knowledge which has done me well in many pub quizzes!
Adam: I like to dress up as Spider-man for kids’ parties but my Spider-man impersonation has a Birmingham twang.
What is your greatest achievement?
Jon: I couldn’t possibly pick just one. For one, my wife, our two children and our extended family are definitely a great personal achievement. In addition to this, my working relationship with my brother that has seen us develop two very successful franchise businesses over the years. Finally, redeveloping my family home has been both challenging and rewarding and I have learnt so many new skills from this. The end result is that we now have a beautiful family home that we can enjoy for years to come.
Jamie: Family aside, my children being my number one, I would say I am most proud of how Jon and I have built our franchise business up from scratch. It is hard work and we have made sacrifices to make it work but the journey was made so much easier and more worthwhile because I was working alongside my brother.
Adam: My greatest achievement has to be my family. Meeting and marrying my wife, Lucy, and having our two boys has been so special for me.
Your franchise covers Redditch & Solihull and Worcester & Kidderminster, what is your favourite thing about the area?
Jon: I have lived here my whole life. I am so lucky to have the amazing countryside right where I live but also have access to beautiful towns in Worcester, Malvern, Redditch, Solihull and Bromsgrove, to name but a few. Meeting Adam at school, Jamie and I shared many friends who we are still fortunate to spend time with as we all still leave here.
Jamie: Echoing Jon, I have lived here my whole life and have great experiences from the whole area. I love living on the edge of the countryside and taking long walks down the country lanes. The fresh air, the green fields and the wildlife all make the areas of Worcestershire and Warwickshire a pleasure to live and work in. I am looking forward to making a positive impact on my local environment through this new venture.
Adam: The Midlands is so diverse. One minute you can be in the middle of a busy city centre and the next in the tranquil countryside, and we’re also only an hour away from the coast. You are never really far from anywhere.
