Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.

Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.

Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.

Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

We offer free home visits, where our team will come out to your location to measure the area and discuss your options with you. After this visit we can then provide you with an accurate quote for your project.
Wet pour rubber flooring can last for over 20 years when it has been professionally installed and properly maintained. To extend the life of your wet pour rubber, ensure to regularly remove loose debris and stones off its surface. At Oltco, we offer guarantees of up to 20 years, so you can be confident it’ll remain safe, strong and attractive for years to come.
When wet pour rubber has not been installed by a professional or has been neglected it can become weathered with cracks and damage. However, one of the advantages of wet pour rubber is that it can often be repaired when it has become damaged. Depending on the extent of the damage we can occasionally cut away the damaged portion of the surface and re pour the rubber on top of the existing base. In many cases the base will lift with the damaged portion, or we find the damage has spread to the base. In these circumstances we would need to first replace the based and then install the new layer of wet pour rubber.
You should always consult an experienced wet pour rubber installer when you notice damage in your wet pour rubber flooring.
Wet pour rubber takes between 24-48 hours to completely dry. Depending on the size of your outdoor area, the Oltco team can usually install it in a single day. When working with a professional installation company you could have wet pour rubber surface complete in 3 days from installation to use.
