Meet the Team – Beth Dady

Beth Dady is the newest member of the Oltco family and we are so excited to have her as part of the team.

We sat down with Beth to find out a little bit more about her and her role at Oltco…

What made you want to work for Oltco?

I wanted to work for Oltco because there is such a supportive network that is always growing. I also think Oltco’s sustainability offering is amazing, and I love how the team are making such a positive impact. I am super excited that I get to work for a company like Oltco!

What excites you about Oltco and about joining the Oltco family

It excites me that Oltco is always developing and looking forward to the next steps it can take to grow as a business. I also love how it feels like one big family that always supports each other and I’m so excited to be a part of this.

What is your role? How do you support the franchisees?

I am a Franchise Account Manager and day-to-day you’ll find me liaising with franchisees regarding ordering materials, booking in site visits and so much more. I also speak to our amazing customers every day to help them get their dream driveway.

What is your favourite part about your role?

I love being able to speak to different people every day and helping customers get a step closer to making their dream a reality! I also really enjoy working closely with the franchisees and supporting them to develop new connections.

What is your favourite beach in Cornwall?

My favourite beach in Cornwall is Crantock!

What is your favourite colour blend?

My favourite colour blend is Poldark.
