Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.

Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.

Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.

Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

We lay our resin patios on a well-built foundation that will be constructed to your property’s specifications. This foundation ensures your resin patio remains durable and has excellent drainage to prevent water pooling and damage occurring.
Resin patios offer the aesthetics of traditional loose gravel without the need for lengthy maintenance. As it’s bound you won’t ever need to worry about stones becoming loose and becoming untidy. At Oltco, our resin bound patios are available in a selection of attractive colours including a natural and contemporary range.
The price of a resin bound patio is dependent on the shape, size and location of your desired area. However, our prices start at:
• 20m2 patio: £70 - £100 per square metre.
• 50m2 patio: £80 – £95 per square metre.
• 100m2 patio: £70 - £90 per square metre.

Resin bound patios are often the more popular choice, as they work out to be more cost efficient, low maintenance and long lasting. Unlike traditional block paving, resin doesn’t have any gaps for dirt and debris to gather or for unruly weeds to sprout from minimising growth.
Occasionally using a firm brush to remove dirt will be enough to keep your resin patio looking fantastic. Whilst block paving often requires jet washing to keep it looking fresh and prevent it from becoming slippery.
Block paving pricing can vary dramatically depending on the area you have to cover, the size, colour and shape of the paving slab material. Although resin prices do have some variation they are more consistent. See our starting prices below:
• 20m2 patio: £70 - £100 per square metre.
• 50m2 patio: £80 – £95 per square metre.
• 100m2 patio: £70 - £90 per square metre.
Both resin and block paving have their own individual advantages and disadvantages. It’s better to think about this as which is better for your property requirements.
When professionally installed and well maintained, resin bound patios can last for over 25 years. They boast superior durability whilst remaining low maintenance, especially when compared with traditional concrete. As there are no cracks or loose stones you won’t need to worry about troublesome weeds as it will minimise the growth. At Oltco, we offer guarantees of up to 20 years on our resin patios, so you can be confident it’ll look great for years to come.
Yes, you can power wash resin bound surfaces if you’re careful. Using a jet wash is a great way to remove difficult stains but you need to use it with caution to avoid causing damage that could affect the integrity of the resin. We recommend only using a jet wash system with a maximum pressure of less than 150bar.
• Sweep the area thoroughly before jet washing to remove loose debris.
• The water temperature should be mild. (Water that is too hot or too cold could damage the resin surface.)
• Hold the nozzle of the jet wash at least 20cm away from the floor when spraying.
• Spray your surface in a sweeping motion to avoid prolonged pressure in one area.
It’s very unlikely that you’ll need to use a patio detergent but if you do want to give your resin patio a deep clean, you should always test it on an inconspicuous area first.
