Meet the Team – Jack Dowen

We recently welcomed a new team member into the Oltco family… say hello to Jack Dowen.

Jack has joined the team alongside his Mum, Corinna, who is the Office Manager, his sister Rosie, who is an Account Manager and our Social Media Manager, and his uncle, Tom, Co-Director of Oltco, proving that family really is at the heart of all we do.

What made you want to work for Oltco?

I love the atmosphere that the Oltco office has, as well as what the company stands for. I am also inspired by the difference Oltco is making to the environment and how it is helping towards bettering the planet.

What excites you about Oltco and about joining the Oltco family?

What excited me most about working for Oltco and joining the family is working with some amazing people. I also love the fact I now get to work alongside my mum, my sister, and my uncle.

What is your role? How do you support the franchisees?

My role is an Office Administrator, so I support the Office Manager, Corinna, in her day-to-day admin work. I also order materials and send out samples to customers which support the franchisees and their account managers.

What is your favourite part about your role?

My favourite part about my role is helping the office staff with their admin tasks, allowing them to focus more on their franchisees and their customers.

What is your favourite beach in Cornwall?

My favourite beach in Cornwall is Fistral beach in Newquay.

What is your favourite colour blend?

My favourite colour blend would have to be Kynance.
