Our Guarantee Process
So you have recently had your new Oltco surface installed and you’re wondering what the next steps are in terms of your guarantee/aftercare.
First things first your final invoice will be sent out, once this has been paid HQ will get your aftercare ready. In your aftercare pack, you will receive a copy of your paid final invoice, several Oltco leaflets that you can pass to friends and family and your aftercare instructions along with your 1-year guarantee. To extend your guarantee for the full stated period you need to contact head office. A member of staff will then talk you through several questions regarding your installation and how the process went for you. Once this has been completed your guarantee will be registered for the full term and an email will be sent to you confirming this. If you face any issues with your surface at any time during your warranty period please get in touch and your query will be passed over to Tash, our customer care manager.
