Offering an aesthetically appealing finish, Oltco’s resin bound solutions provide a convenient, low maintenance and highly durable option for driveways, patios, balconies, pool surrounds and footpaths.
Unlike other impermeable solutions (for example, some block paving and flagstones), additional planning permission is not required to install a new resin bound driveway. Oltco’s solutions are permeable and therefore SUDS compliant.
What are resin bound solutions?
Oltco’s resin bound solutions are made from a blend of aggregates coated with a clear UV-stable polyurethane resin.
To ensure that each aggregate particle is completely coated in resin, the two elements are combined in a force-action mix process. The mixture is then poured and hand towelled to form a smooth, colour-constant, durable surface with no loose stones.
Oltco’s resin bound solutions are a hard-wearing stunning and affordable alternative to loose gravel, tarmac, block paving and concrete that transforms outdoor spaces, giving high aesthetic finish.

Developed in house by our team of technical experts, Recycle Bound is a world first and is made from waste plastic which is obtained from a plastic recycling point. Recycle Bound surfaces are made using a combination of plastic drink bottles, plastic food packaging and straws.

Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.

Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.

Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.

Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.
