The Oltco Process
Our quick and easy process from your enquiry to aftercare where the Oltco team will look after you and your project.
Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.
Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

About Antony Oakes and Elvis Slous
Business partners, Antony Oakes and Elvis Slous lead the way at Oltco Jersey.
With Antony’s extensive experience working in construction as a Contracts Manager and Elvis’s, who is a local to the island, knowledge of running his own groundworks business, these two are the perfect pair to transform outside spaces across Jersey.
This duo is passionate about delivering sustainable flooring alternatives to their customers. Oltco Jersey has played an integral role in helping to recycle the equivalent of over 500 million plastic straws. This can be seen through the team’s impressive portfolio of domestic and commercial transformations.
When we met Antony and Elvis, we immediately knew that they were the perfect fit to run Oltco Jersey. It is important for us to find people who share the same values as us, so it was great to see this pair embody our sustainability values. We are super excited to see all of the amazing transformations they complete across Jersey.
