Oltco Upminster offers the award-winning, world-first, sustainable driveway solution, Recycle Bound. The solution is made utilising waste plastic already in circulation and has so far recycled tens of millions of plastic straws since launching in 2019.
Steve and the Oltco Upminster team also offer Recycle Base, a ground reinforcement system which is made utilising low-grade plastic, including ocean plastic.

The Oltco Process
Our quick and easy process from your enquiry to aftercare where the Oltco team will look after you and your project.
Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.
Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

About Steve Zoghob
Steve is no stranger to transforming outside spaces as he also runs Oltco Kent (Maidstone & Medway) and has developed an extensive portfolio of both domestic and commercial resin bound transformations.
Oltco’s family values and ethos really struck a chord with Steve and was what initially drew him to Oltco. Steve wanted to feel proud about the business and the products and Oltco provided the perfect opportunity for this.
Steve is passionate about growing Oltco around Upminster and becoming the go to resin bound supplier in the area. He is dedicated to creating work opportunities for young people by offering apprenticeships with Oltco Upminster.
After seeing Steve grow Oltco across Kent we know that he is the right man to lead the way at Oltco Upminster. It’s really important to us that everyone in our network shares our values and are passionate about the brand and the products which is why it is great to see Steve embody our ethos ‘to feel good about the work that we do and the decisions that we make’.
