Overview

Oltco Peterborough installed a 70m2 Resin Bound in the colour blend, Zennor, for Mr and Mrs Sandford.

The Brief

Mr and Mrs Sandford wanted a gravel effect drive without the loose stones that was affordable and was backed with a guarantee.  Their existing loose gravel stones on their tarmac drive were migrating into the house and the cars.  They also wanted reassurance that the surface would not hold any water and be porous.  Oltco’s solutions are SUDS-compliant to ensure that water drains away from the surface.

 

Our Solution

After an initial assessment and confirming the structural integrity of the tarmac driveway, our team cut back the surface around the perimeter and utilised the existing edgings.  Once initial groundworks had been completed, Oltco Peterborough got to the work to install Oltco’s premium Resin Bound solution.  New manhole covers were installed and infilled with Resin to give the entire driveway a flawless smooth finish.

Our team got straight to work installing our Resin Bound solution which is hard-wearing and comes with a 20-year guarantee so Mr and Mrs Sandford could trust that it would last.
