Oltco Plymouth installed a resin bound surface in the contemporary blend, Kernow Granite, as part of a wider project to create a new ‘Welcome to Plymouth’ sign.

The Brief
The client was looking for an attractive surface to add the finishing touches to a new ‘Welcome to Plymouth’ sign. It was important that the colour of the solution matched the colour of the surrounding stone.
The original sign which had been in place for a number of years had started to fade, therefore a new sign was required. As a result, the new surface also needed to be hard-wearing and low maintenance to ensure that the solution would last for years to come.
