Never one to rest on its laurels, Oltco is proud to be an innovator and industry-leader.
In 2019, Oltco launched Recycle Bound, the world’s first sustainable resin bound driveway solution made utilising stone and aggregates as well as waste plastic that is already in circulation, including plastic straws, drink bottles and food packaging. To date, Oltco has recycled the equivalent of over 150 million plastic straws in Recycle Bound transformations across the country, with Oltco Harpenden, Luton & Welwyn playing an integral part of this.
In 2021, Oltco expanded its sustainable product offering with Recycle Base. This ground reinforcement system is made utilising low-grade plastic including ocean plastic and provides a strong base for Recycle Bound to be installed on top of.

The Oltco Process
Our quick and easy process from your enquiry to aftercare where the Oltco team will look after you and your project.
Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.
Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

About David Evans and Lorna Rainer
Leading the way at Oltco Harpenden, Luton & Welwyn is couple, David Evans and Lorna Rainer.
After pursuing their own careers in both accounting and marketing, David and Lorna wanted to embark on a new journey of running a business together. Oltco provided them with the perfect opportunity to not only run a business but to do so with the support of the Oltco network.
Oltco’s sustainable product offering struck a chord with both David and Lorna as they wanted to offer their customers products that they were passionate about and they can do exactly that with Recycle Bound and Recycle Base.
