The Oltco Process
Our quick and easy process from your enquiry to aftercare where the Oltco team will look after you and your project.
Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.
Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

About Jon Osborne, Jamie Osborne and Adam Johnson
Leading the way at Oltco Leamington spa are brothers, Jon and Jamie Osborne, and they’re joined by childhood friend, Adam Johnson.
This trio are no strangers to creating stunning outdoor transformations as they also run Oltco Redditch & Solihull and Oltco Worcester & Kidderminster. Together, they have successfully grown the Oltco brand across multiple areas and built a team of expert resin specialists.
Previously, Jon, Jamie and Adam worked in fast-paced environments so they were looking for the opportunity to run a business with flexibility and Oltco has provided them with this.
We’re so happy to see Jon, Jamie and Adam take on Oltco Leamington Spa. They have been doing a great job across the Midlands and have created some amazing transformations for their customers. As a family-run business, we love welcoming more family partnerships to our network and the dynamic which Jon, Jamie and Adam have works so well.
