The Oltco Process
Our quick and easy process from your enquiry to aftercare where the Oltco team will look after you and your project.
Enquiry
Once you’ve contacted our team at HQ, a member of staff will ask you a series of questions related to your project and they will then qualify you over the phone.
Site Visit
If you are happy with the estimate given by the team, we will send your details to your closest franchise where they will get in touch to arrange a free visit.
Installation
After your deposit invoice has been paid, your franchise team will book in your installation. If groundworks are required this will also be booked at the same time.
Aftercare
Once your installation has been completed and the final invoice paid, HQ will send out an aftercare pack with your maintenance instructions and warranty document.

About Scott Stevenson
Leading the way at Oltco Torquay is Scott Stevenson, who is joined by his trained team of resin bound specialists. Together, the Oltco Torquay team is responsible for creating outstanding installations across Torbay, the South Hams including Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and the surrounding areas.
Scott’s experience leading the way at Oltco Exeter and Oltco North Devon demonstrates his extensive product knowledge, which makes him the perfect man to lead the way at Oltco Torquay.
Scott is passionate about Oltco’s ‘feel good about the work we do and the decisions we make’ ethos and is looking to grow his team and provide job opportunities for local people, and in the future offer apprenticeships.
Scott has such amazing product knowledge and experience from running Oltco Exeter and Oltco North Devon and we know that he will get stuck in with the design process and offer all clients an outstanding level of service. Scott is committed to providing the best results and he does everything in his power to ensure that his customers are overjoyed with the finished product.
